Terms of Service

Welcome to FairLoaf. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites and services, including fairlance.bond (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

Purchases and access

When you buy a course, we grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access the content for personal, non-commercial use. We may update lessons to improve clarity or accuracy.

Refunds

On-demand purchases are refundable within 7 days if under 10% of the content has been viewed. Live cohorts may be transferred to a future batch if requested at least 48 hours before the start date.

Acceptable use

User content

You may post notes or comments where available. You retain rights to your content but grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate the Service.

Intellectual property

All course materials, branding, and site assets are owned by FairLoaf and protected by applicable laws. Any use not expressly permitted is prohibited.

Safety disclaimer

Baking involves heat and sharp tools. Follow instructions carefully and use appropriate protective equipment. We are not liable for injuries or property damage resulting from misuse.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FairLoaf shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

Changes

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
